Either approached directly from the school or through the Artist in Schools program I would be commissioned to create a mural on a predetermined theme; schools history, environmental, school values, subjects taught. I’d get the students to research the topic, provide the drawings, images and then I with student input would create the final design. The students would then assist in each step of the way from drawing it up and painting it, with me often “weaving the magic” at the end.

I enjoy working with students of all ages, and the idea of imparting knowledge through a practical process.
